  2. change brands, buy one pack at a time.

  3. change to low nicotine vapes.

  4. Journal your feelings of stress instead of smoking. nicotine does not lower stress.

  5. tell everyone you are quitting.

  6. have a hypnosis session with intent to quit when you have lowered the nicotine
