you. It is like waking up you just do it.

You cannot and will not ever be compelled to do or say anything under hypnosis that is in conflict with your personal, ethical standards

and/or desires. As your Hypnotherapist, it is my foremost intention to assist you in achieving your therapeutic goals.

*limit your *caffeine intake for a few hours before a session.

*wear comfortable clothes

*be hydrated with water or fruit juices.

*come with intentions of having a good session.

*Please in-office session--- wear no perfumes,  I'm sensitive to them.

* have questions ready on a piece of paper handwritten for me.
