FEES: The charges for my services are:  charged for one hour minimum.

The hourly rate is 85.  an hour.   smoking cessation is a 1-hour and 30-minute

QHTT is a longer session, it can take up to 4 hours. (The interview is very long.)  Starting at 275. QHTT is established by Dolores Cannon.

Payment is due in full at the time of service. Please arrive early to process payments. I accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover Card. Fees are subject to change. The current fees will be honored for 6 months. Also, see Cancellation Policy and Guarantee Policy. A $30 fee will be assessed for all returned checks. If you sign up for three sessions, the third one is at a reduced fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

My time is my income, and your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please arrive promptly to obtain your full session. I require a 24-hour cancellation notice. Unless canceled, you are financially responsible for the time reserved. If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment due to an emergency, please notify me as soon as possible.  Thank you for your consideration. I am very easy to get along with.

CONFIDENTIALITY:  

Anything you tell me is held in strict confidence. I will not release any information to anyone without written authorization from you, except as provided by law. You have a right to be allowed access to my written record about you. If there is evidence of abuse, it will be reported to the authorities. 

MINORS:  Appointments or classes for children under age 18 require written permission from parents or guardians who must accompany the client at all appointments.

INSURANCE:

I do not file insurance or any other third-party claims.

Soul realignment is a different fee ask for a starting quote. This is not based on an hourly fee.
