FEES: The charges for my services are:  charged for one-hour minimum,

The hour rate is 80.  an hour.  If cash or check there is a discount.

QHTT is a longer session it can take up to 4 hours. ( the interview is very long ) theses are charged by the type of session starting at 275.00, QHTT is established by Dolores Cannon.

Payment is due in full at the time of service. Please arrive early to process payments. I accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover Card. Fees are subject to change. The current fees will be honored for 6 months. Also, see Cancellation Policy and Guarantee Policy. A $30 fee will be assessed for all returned checks. If you sign up for three sessions the third one is at a reduced fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

My time is my income and  Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please arrive promptly to obtain your full session. I require a 24-hours cancellation notice. Unless canceled, you are financially responsible for the time reserved. If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment due to an emergency, please notify me as soon as possible.  Thank you for your consideration. I am very easy to get along with.

CONFIDENTIALITY:  

Anything you tell me is held in strict confidence. I will not release any information to anyone without written authorization from you, except as provided for by law. You have a right to be allowed access to my written record about you. If there is evidence of abuse  It will be reported to the authorities. 

MINORS:  Appointments or classes for children under age 18 require written permission from parents or guardians who must accompany the client at all appointments.

INSURANCE:

I do not file insurance or any other third party claims. 

Please give me a call for appointments. Send an email and phone number for confirmation of your true status. I will talk for ten or fewer minutes to understand what issues you want to work on. I will not give you an appointment if I can not get an 

email or phone number or both. I will do one person at a time. Two people will be done at your home if I think it is do able.

I do zoom sessions for all sessions out and in town if you like to stay at home. Sometimes it is inconvenient to come to my office.

Past lives are a 2 to 4-hour session. 

Please include 4 hours for a QHTT

If you are seeing me for "Quit the smoking" these are two-hour sessions. One hour after the first session for renforcment in the following week.

All minors must have parents' release forms. All parents have to agree on these sessions and one has to be present at the time of the session.

What happens in my office, for sessions are confidential

I record past lives when in sessions, it will be sent to you by email.
