It is a lovely spring day here. How is your day going.

Walking today seeing all the flowers in the yards reminds me on how lovely life is and how one can over come difficult thoughts patterns by just smelling the roses. It takes you out of your head and changes the awareness to the flowers. Doing this every time you have a negative thought and or a repeating thought that no longer serve you change the your view, even if it is for a few seconds.
