When you have a feeling you may not be able to be hypnotized, practice closing your eyes

and see if you can remember any details room in your house. Then open them and see if you got all the items right. Now, study the room again and close your eyes and see if you can remember more items in the room and really see the items. (practice, practice, practice). Close your eyes and imagine the dress or what you put on today, describe the clothes or items you put on with every detail that you can remember. Now look at yourself in the mirror how many things did you describe on that was

very close to what you see in the mirror.

This is how hypnotics works. This is in how you feel while you sit in a chair and relax and reach your subconscious mind.
